Overnight Postpartum Doula Support
An overnight reset to help your days go smoothly
Typically 3 to 5 nights per week (10pm-6am) for 6 to 12 weeks. The goal is to support your wellbeing while giving space for you to build your relationship with your baby. Specific care is tailored to your needs and may include newborn care, infant development guidance, feeding support, nursery organization, baby laundry, cleaning/sanitizing/setup of bottles or breast pump, and light breakfast and tea/coffee prep.
Rates start at $85/hour, minimum four week contract. Click here to learn more about financial accessibility.

Daytime Postpartum Doula Support
An extra set of hands to help you get out of survival mode
Day shifts are scheduled on an as-needed basis, typically in 4-5 hour increments. We decide on goals at the beginning of the shift, often focusing on meeting your basic physical needs. While you shower, nap, or sit down for an uninterrupted meal, I hang out with your baby, tackle a few nursery chores, or prep a nourishing dinner.
Rates start at $85/hour. Click here to learn more about financial accessibility.

Talk to a Doula
Doula support in virtual format
These visits provide the same quality of emotional and educational support you'd receive with in home doula support. Walk through questions you might have or just talk for a while to ease the isolation or overwhelm of life after baby. This is great for parents who might not have the need (or budget) for extended postpartum doula shifts but want to have access to the care, knowledge, and resources a doula can provide. Fee: Sliding scale, see booking page for more information.

Lactation Support
Expert assistance to help you get the hang of things
Both in-home and virtual consultations are available. All consultations focus on supporting your self-determined feeding goals. Visits are slow paced so I can gain a holistic perspective of your challenges and we can work with your baby's natural feeding cues. Bottle/formula-specific consultations are also available. For feeding issues beyond my scope of practice, you will be referred to an appropriate IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.)
Fee: Sliding scale, see booking page for more information.
